We make a 3D visualization of common family areas, such as hallway, living room, kitchen.

We make 3D visualization of personal rooms such as bedrooms, kid's rooms, closets, bathrooms.

We develop a detailed album of drawings for builders.

List of materials, furniture, plumbing, lighting and equipment used for the project.

The package of services necessary to implement the design project, including: consultations with builders on the project during the work, adjustment of working drawings if necessary, regular visits to the site, coordination of suppliers and contractors on site.

Cost: of designer's supervision starts from 60,000 rub / month

List of tasks related to the designer's supervision:
(01) regular visits to the site on weekdays;
(02) inspection of compliance of performed construction works with all drawings of the working draft;
(03) adjustment and clarification of work drawings, if necessary;
(04) clarification of the design project to the site foreman;
(05) coordination of contractors from related fields.

Arrangement of procurement process, including: drawing up a statement of work, obtaining a quotation, coordination of samples with the customer, preparation of invoices for payment, reconciliation of articles, supervision of delivery and installation, complaint handling.

The cost of complete set: 10% of the purchase price (the percentage is charged to the supplier under the agency agreement. The remaining discount, if any, is given to the customer).

The list of works on a complete set:
(01) visits to showrooms for the selection of finishing materials and furnishings;
(02) interaction with contractors (calculation of non-standard elements, invoicing, color and material coordination);
(03) timely ordering of materials to the facility;
(04) claims handling.

During this stage, the contract will be signed, the premises will be measured, and a statement of work will be elaborated and agreed upon.

(06) cross-sections on two sides.
