Project of a single-storey residential house in Roshchino with an area of 310 m².
Layout is made so as to preserve the maximum number of trees on the site.
The house consists of three parts. In the central part there is a common area with a kitchen/living room, which is oriented to the south-west side. To the left of the living room is a passage through a glass gallery in the block with personal rooms, to the right is the bathing complex, which can be accessed from the living room to the barbecue area.
The interior is made in a discreet color scheme with the use of natural materials.
The house is underway.
